Led by Jérémy Barré, Head of Design & Co-founder, and Mélany Caulet, Lead Designer & Manager, we are now looking for a Product Designer who aspires to shape high-impact products, guide strategic decisions, and contribute to a studio where passion, craft, and purpose drive everything we do.

• Lead and contribute to the design of digital products from research to final delivery (discovery, UX, UI, prototyping, documentation, etc.).

• Build scalable design systems and component libraries to support product consistency and growth.

• Contribute to the studio culture, sharing inspiration, learnings, and process improvements.

• Create high-quality interfaces and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.

• Present your work to clients, communicate your decisions clearly, and articulate strong design rationale.

• Collaborate closely with your Lead Designer and cross-functional teams on product strategy, experience concepts, and visual direction.

• Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and a strong command of UX & UI design methodologies.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end product design, from research and insight synthesis to interaction design and visual refinement.

• Knowledge of user research methods, user testing, and accessibility is appreciated.

• Ability to create scalable and maintainable design systems.

• Familiarity with product analytics, motion design, and B2B environments is a plus.

• Strong foundations in typography, layout, and interface composition.

• Confidence working autonomously while effectively collaborating with product and tech stakeholders.

• Curious and culture-driven: you actively stay up to date with design, technology, and product trends.

• Detail-oriented and rigorous: you care about quality and pixel-perfect execution.

• Strong product vision: you bring strategic thinking and creative elevation to projects.
