Jordan, always a kind-hearted and sometimes a sore loser (but he won't admit it), co-created The Design Crew to federate a human community of designers, based on mutual support and focused on impact. A sports enthusiast and competitor at heart, he turns every situation into a challenge.

Jérémy, co-created The Design Crew to make design a force for vision and creative execution. A perfect blend of rigor and creativity, he infuses the Studio team with his open-mindedness. Enthusiastic and extremely curious, he inspires with a unique energy that makes all the difference.

Mélany is always up for an adventure, with a preference for escapades in the great outdoors. A committed mom with a passion for running and craft activities, she'll never say no to a good salty snack.

Sébastien, creative to the core and a great lover of wine (he even launched his own cuvée), is the studio's Creative Director & Partner. With over 15 years' experience, he heads up the Brand Design department, imagining brand identities that are as beautiful as they are effective. Passionate about electronic music, street art and cinema, he transforms each project into a field for creative expression.

A huge movie buff and self-proclaimed editor-in-chief of his Letterboxd, Walid is also a huge music fan; his playlist has been stuck somewhere in the SoundCloud era of 2016... and he’s totally fine with that. He finds inspiration everywhere: a bookstore, a corner of Are.na, or an unexpected encounter. He also explores interactive design with Cavalry and keeps a curious eye on advancements in AI and vibe design.

Léna loves complex challenges! She works with our Studio customers and shares her expertise with our designers in retraining. Passionate about nature, bivouac and illustration, she is the founder of Loukine, a branding project with a pop and cyberpunk style. When it comes to aperitifs, she's team Alix!

Théo is all about precision and limitless exploration. His keen musical ear feeds his digging instinct, always on the lookout for the perfect nugget. Passionate about craft, he shapes the beautiful and the intuitive through prototyping and micro-interactions, Figma in hand.

With Mathilde, problem rhymes with solution! An expert in accessibility, she makes a point of designing solutions for everyone. Always in a good mood, she has a passion for ceramics and travel, and is always up for a game that requires a good strategy.

Marion is highly adaptable and never shies away from a challenge. Valence's sunshine and tapas are her fuel. Passionate about podcasts, music and volleyball, she's too transparent to play werewolf, or any game where you need a poker face.

Alix uses craft and motion design to create memorable & engaging experiences. Always in a good mood, she spreads her good vibe wherever she goes. In fact, she's never said no to an afterwork party after a day at the office.

Justin loves new challenges and logic games. Always up for a good laugh, he's our official memes creator. Addicted to the mountains, he gives his all to sports like running, skiing and cycling.

Chloé, a creative touch from Bordeaux with a background as a Brand Designer. Passionate about object design and furniture, she is also into film photography, chess and rollerquad. And when it comes to gaming, watch out, she's formidable!

Arthur is a passionate creative perfectionist with over 10 years' experience in art direction. Always on the lookout for the perfect brioche, he's said to be willing to cross town for a good focaccia.

Chiara is unfiltered energy and creativity. Her Italianness explains it all: the tone, the humor, the passion. Always fully committed to her work, she finds the right balance between ideas and execution. A Tifosa Ferrari and F1 fan, she also creates beauty around her with her passion for floral design and interior decorating.

Kelly is just as curious in her career as she is in her personal life. She has set herself a challenge: to explore 20% of the world before she turns 30. Between trips, she juggles playing rugby, learning a new language, reading sociology books, and taking her first piano lessons.

Zélia is rigor and benevolence in tandem. She joins the crew to manage the Bootcamp and support the development of our training courses. With a background as rich as it is committed - between NGOs, healthcare and sporting events - she puts her energy at the service of social impact. A former accordionist at the Marseille Conservatoire and a rugby player, she leads her projects with method, heart and team spirit.

Creative and curious, Sasha juggles her work-study in a Master's degree in communications with content creation for The Design Crew. Her passion for art, music and travel inspire her on a daily basis, guiding her vision and work here since September.
