Keep happn DNA while allowing a qualitative leap

Happn is a dating app that helps find people you've met.

The key to our mission was to keep happn’s identity while allowing a qualitative visual leap. We wanted to bring consistency and at the same time allow the new happn illustrations to fit perfectly into the interface.

We wanted  to make the app more attractive, while keeping its current DNA : a real life darting app, made for everyone.

We had a systemic-based approach : we selected the key screens first, applied the new design, and then we redesigned the with the help of happn’s product team.
